Rising 12U (Birth years 2011-2014), FREE, 1 hour on-ice on Friday June 2
Rising 15U (Birth years 2008-2010) and Advanced 12U (2011-2012) , $250, 4 to 5 hours on-ice plus off-ice time over June 2-4
Rising 19U (Birth years 2004-2007), $250, 4 to 5 hours on-ice plus off-ice time over June 2-4
